Our instructors will introduce you to the gentle art of fly-fishing in a fun and enjoyable manner, and our chefs will demonstrate delicious and innovative ways of preparing the fresh trout as well as serving a full luncheon. Adding to this culinary experience, you have the option of including wine tasting presentations by local wine experts, and other activities such as a tour of the trout hatchery or a guided nature walk.

We have a variety of menu’s to suit your taste and budget, and each event can completely tailor-made to your requirements.
